Director of Product Support

Tom Dunn, Director of Product Support spearheads the TBS Support team to provide quality and fast / timely customer support service for the hundreds of TBS Customers. Working closely with the TBS Engineering and Development teams, Tom’s motto is “There is pretty much a solution or a fix for everything”. Tom has an accounting degree from Empire State College and over 20 years of accounting experience serving as an Accounting Manager, Cost Accounting Manager and Deltek Costpoint Administrator. Tom also has over 15 years of experience in support and sales and held a sales manager role for over 6 years. When Tom is not busy supporting TBS’s many customers, he is developing Cognos reports. Since 2007, he has developed over 400 Cognos reports and has trained over 50 users in the various Cognos versions including 8. 10 and current version 11. Tom is always available to provide Cognos consulting upon demand.
