GovConNet and The Insurance Exchange partner to provide the 2010 Government Contractor Fringe Benefits Survey.
The 2010 Government Contractor Fringe Benefit Survey and report is designed give government contractors (GovCon) invaluable information for making strategic benefit planning decisions. The results are available free of charge to survey participants that complete the survey by May 1, 2010. Participating organizations will receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card as a thank you from The Insurance Exchange who is underwriting the cost of the survey.
Participants will receive a free Individual Custom Report (ICR) with a Summary of Results showing their plan(s) benchmarked to 1) GovCon Survey Participants AND a 2) Regional AND a 3) National benchmark of 4,848 employers for the following:
- Deductibles
- Office Visit Copayments
- Retail Prescription Drug Copayments
- Medical Plan Cost Increases
- Monthly Premiums (Single/Family)
- Monthly Employee Contributions (%)(Single/Family)
- Wellness Initiatives
- Other Benefits Offered

Additional detailed benchmarking information, showing actuarial evaluations, is also available to clients of The Insurance Exchange, and may be requested based on their specific needs.

Survey Results
A webinar presentation of the GovCon Survey Results will be held on May 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM and ICR’s will start being delivered on the next business day.
