Leadership Team

Jay Ethridge and Joe Jezior, two principals of Technology Business SolutionsTBS is privately held by its two Principals, Jay Ethridge and Joseph Jezior. Combined, they have over 40 years of supporting government contract accounting customers.

Jay G. Ethridge

As a partner/owner of TBS, Mr. Ethridge brings over 20 years of experience in technical, managerial, and executive information systems management and support.

As co-founder of TBS, he designed the concept of the hosting facility along with Mr. Jezior to support the Deltek products. Mr. Ethridge’s experience in the Information Systems and Technology field includes designing and developing numerous technology systems, managing network application (Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Deltek Costpoint®) migration plans, vendor and budget management and project reporting; serving as the Vice President for Information Systems where he was responsible for an $8 million Information Systems budget and management of 42 managers, engineers, and customer support personnel. Significant accomplishments included design, implementation and operation of a 55-site wide area network. In addition, he has provided consulting services in the information technology arena throughout his career.

Joseph H. Jezior top of page

As a partner/owner of TBS, Mr. Jezior has over 22 years of experience in guiding organizations through financial design, compliance, allocations and project costing to support complex government contracting requirements.

As co-founder of TBS, he designed the consulting services methodology along with Mr. Ethridge to support the client’s business needs. He is a proven leader with a comprehensive portfolio of skills and experiences in business development, sales & marketing, strategic planning, P&L management, government contracting, professional services management, operations management, finance & administration and project management. Throughout his career, he has developed executive-level relationships in diverse industries including information technology, aerospace & defense and manufacturing. His experience with Deltek products comes from his 13 year career working at Deltek where he had various roles, including the Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Implementation Services. Mr. Jezior is a CPA and a member of the AICPA.

Ed Wilson top of page

As the CIO for TBS, Mr. Wilson brings over 20 years of Information Technology experience in multiple Federal Government agencies and commercial industries. His expertise is in technical management, systems administration, network design, hosting center operations, network security and operations management.

For TBS, Mr. Wilson is responsible for all aspects of strategic IP planning to maintain TBS' competitive advantages. He is also responsible for all infrastructure engineering, deployment and maintenance. Mr. Wilson has served as a Project Manager, Director of Application Services and Senior Engineer in various positions for the federal government and private industry clients where he has successfully developed consistent, repeatable and measurable processes for the organization which allowed for the management and implementation of technology solutions.

Jon Gray top of page

As Director of Client Services, Mr. Gray manages the TBS Support and Services staff. Mr. Gray has over 15 years of government contracting experience and Deltek applications. He has been using Deltek products for 16 years, beginning with providing support with Deltek’s first government contracting tool, System 1. Mr. Gray has had various roles in supporting Deltek products and serving as a systems consultant where he provided on-site client support and implementations. He was Director of GCS Support where he managed a staff, who provided daily technical and general support call center troubleshooting issues. He also served as Product Director of GCS Premier.
